SBC is an evangelical Anabaptist college equipping servant leaders for Church ministries.

Since 1936, SBC has been providing students with a unique opportunity to discover and develop their potential for ministry in the church and society. Courses are taught from an Evangelical Anabaptist perspective with hands-on mission experience being central to SBC's program. Ultimately, students leave SBC changed. They have a deeper understanding of how the world needs to be reached for Jesus Christ and they have the desire and resources to impact people in their ministries and careers.

Keeping in Step with the God of Peace is the latest offering from Arden Thiessen and the next in a series of Bible Study books published by Steinbach Bible College. From Genesis to Revelation, the history of God’s sovereign involvement with the world can be expressed in the New Testament witness—the God of Peace.

Parking Lot being Paved at SBC/SCHS

Preparing the parking lot

The parking lot has been cleared and heavy machinery brought in to complete the second of two projects initiated by Steinbach Bible College and Steinbach Christian High School. By next week the south parking lot of the campus will have a new layer of asphalt covering it.

Are we Bible savvy people? When confronted with a situation in our life, do we know where the Bible addresses that issue? Does our biblical understanding overrule the influence of culture in our decision making or vice versa? As evangelical Anabaptists we believe that the Bible is foundational in how we live our lives. We believe that the decisions we make need to be rooted in Scripture. This means coming to a greater understanding of God’s Word.
