Glenmore Christian Academy is an accredited private school in the Province of Alberta. The school uses the approved Alberta Curriculum, taught by certificated teachers. Since its inception in 1980, the school has a history of providing quality Christian education in an academic environment. The Kindergarten to Grade 9 program includes four classes of Kindergarten (@18 students), four classes of Grade One (@18 students), three classes each of Grades Two,Three and Four (@25 students), and two classes of Grade Five through Nine (@25 students). The facilities are appproximately 80,000 square feet which includes the classrooms, library, two computer labs, large gymnasium, 550 seat theatre and cafeteria. Strong sports programs provide for those students who wish to excel in athletics. An emphasis on Fine Arts, including Art, Drama, Band, and Music programs enhance the school program. Computer technology is abundant. Students have access to one of the two computer labs or through classroom computers.
